On a CS1000e, how do you set a ncos to local calls only?

You will need to check out your current FCR tables in LD 49 and your extension needs to have CLS = TLD and the NCOS / FCR table that is assigned for local calls.

I have very rarely seen FCR tables used. Actually once since 1991. Typically it's just the FRL Level in the RLI for local NXX's and also the ESN Data Block which matches FRL to NCOS
