People around the world have had trouble with the OMNIS ODBC Driver. Here is the solution.
Needed to startup Studio 4.3 and add a user/group for each table using the Addins->ODBC Admin Utility.
This will allow you to access the OMNIS native database file .df1 with any other programming environment such as MS Access, Visual Basic, etc.
There was absolutely nothing anywhere about this. I came across a note in the installation text file from Omnis to figure this out.
