Hi I need to change an openphone26 i have been given the IPEI number and the extn number of the existing openphone how do i logon to the OMM as i dont know the ip address of the omm also the Mitel 3300 is a virtual 3300.many Thanks

check the DHCP options within the 3300 configuration, there should be an option detailing what the IP address of the OMM is. Start with that
