Avaya is telling me it's not supported but I've heard of people doing this.

If an agent calls someone on campus the agent number (or station number depending on how it is programmed) is displayed to the receiving party. Our goal is to see if we can block the number from being displayed to the receiving party. The reason we want to block the agent number from being displayed is that our internal associates will try to call the agent back by using the number that they see on the display .We need them to call the main VDN (not the agent number) so that the agents get credit for the call and if they are not available it will route to a team member.

Anyone have any ideas

We do this with all of our Call Center Agents. See thread690-699684 for instructions.
