I have a problem with my IP operator, the NOW client can log in to the telephony server but the OMD does not.

I have set the IP and port as below in the telephony server:

MDSH> opsap:lim=1;
OPERATOR SERVER DATA
LIM IP ADDRESS PORT
1 172.16.100.130 60005
END

In the config file of the IP phone I have set the OMD settings as below:

[OMD]
SNAddress=172.16.100.130
SNPort=60005

But the phone can't log on and when I see its status using the web interface, it shows:

--Status------------------------------------
HW ver./Application CAA1580043 ver./Boot ver.:R2C/R7H/R3M
It's a DBC425
Extension Number:
Phone configured as an OMD
The OMD is NOT logged on!
Telephony Server IP:172.16.100.130
Telephony Server Port:-1795823224

Please note the wierd port it shows!!!

Any ideas what the problem may be?

weird indeed.

I would say, try a lower port number (although 60005 is correct) for example: 1700.

I have tried with 1700 also, but still the same ...

Its a 425 02, I also tried with a 422 02 and it was the same.

I suspect this new application version, could it be the problem?

what is your telephony server version? (ts_about)
