OMA, ActiveSync, etc. 1

Greetings all -
I'm having a heck of a bad time with this...

I just got a Sprint PPC Phone and I'm trying to get it Sync with our Exchange 2003 Server running on Windows 2000. I'm getting a pile of errors and I think I'll probably give up.

I think that at this point, the root of my problem is that OMA is not working. If I go to

https://myexchangeserver/oma,

I get a runtime error. If I browse to that from my exchange server I get an error that reads "cannot execute a program. the command being executed was csc.exe".

I'm really frustrated with this! Any thoughts of good places to look or things to try?
