Hi,
We've set up some internal newsgroups on Exchange 2000 in an effort to reduce the need to send emails around the entire company thus filling mailboxes with duplicates of the same message. To make this work more effectively, we'd like the following to occur:
- When a new message is posted in the relevant newsgroup, the newsgroup folder should appear bold in the folder list as would a user's Inbox or other mail folder until the user has marked the new message(s) as read;
- The newsgroups should appear in the global address book so that people can cc the newsgroups when sending messages;
- Messages in the newsgroup should be able to be tracked by an administrator to see who's viewed the messages in the case of important announcements, or when someone has read a message they can check a tickbox to say so.
If anyone can help with any/all of the above, it would be most appreciated.
