When I populated an OLP spreadsheet through Norstar Remote Utilities, the Maintenance area doesn't become populated. I did a full acquisition for a MICS 7.0. The partial acquisition doesn't offer Maintenance as an option. What I was hoping to accomplish was get as list of Port/DN status, to see what ports are unequipped instead of scrolling through the telset. We are getting close to capacity, and when people come and go some DN's get abandoned and the new person just gets a new DN. If a customer doesn't keep records, what is the best way of finding abandoned DN's?

By the way, what is the Maintenance tab for? To Fill in your own records?

I didn't see an option for just port status. When you choose the system config, like software version and card types, before you download, the only options you get for card types on all the modules are loop, did, E&M ,pri ,t1 and none. Nothing about stations. So I left them all default loop except for the one pri card. This is all I got any way.

ICS - Module 8 8
Card Number 1 1
Type Loop
Low line
High line
Discon timer (60,100,260,460,600) 460

I know some parts of the worksheet are just for records. Maybe that's what the Maintenance sheet is for.

I acquired just hardware and it shows the just trunk modules and cards and the line numbers on each card but it shows the stations modules as not being used.

ICS - Module 8 8
Card Number 1 1
Type Loop
Low line 61
High line 65
Discon timer (60,100,260,460,600) 460
