OLP Excel

Ok I've read several of the forum that relates on how to acquire in an excel file the norstar programming. I want to do this but this will be my first time to do it. I just want to know when acquiring the programming does this cause anything to the system such as restarting, cuts calls or losing programming. I will doing this to a live system and I just wanted to make sure nothing happens when doing this.

Nothing like that happens.
You are just accessing the system with a RAD, same as you would for any other RAD operation.

If you have ACD Cinphony I or II you will stop call processing until you get out of OLP or anything but basic virtual phone and backup.
