We have hundreds of reps in field using outlook 2k.
They connect to our domain thru dial up or hi speed, both connections using a vpn.
Many are logging to outlook and outlook asks for username/pw/domain. We usually think its pw expired or wrong pw, etc., the usual culprits.
So we have them ctrl al del to change pw, - 2 things happen:
Either they can change, then log to outlook ok, then later they relog and outlook asks for authentication again.
Or on changing pw, we get domain not available.
This started Tuesday nite, sometime around the windows updates release.......
xchange srvr 2k3, windows server 2k3.
Anyone else experiencing similar probs?
