OLK directory - document recovery 1

Anyone know how to get to the Temporary Internet Files\OLK__ directory to recover a file once the computer has been shut down - is there any way?? The OLK directory is not visible through My Computer.

I'm not sure ir necessarily exists after the computer has been shut down - it is a temporary location. However, if you know the full name of the folder (i.e. including the number after OLK) then you can type it into the address bar in My Computer.
