OLEObject, Object Packager question (store an image)

I have a db I've inherited. There is a table that has a field for company logos. The field data type is Ole Object. In the datasheet view of the table the field just displays the word Package.

In the form based on this table, the logo image displays

All this is new to me. How does one store an image and where exactly is the image if it needs to be edited, changed?
