OLE Server problem

Using 2003, I have a Word 2003 picture as background to my report (OLEUNbound object). I'm getting the following error message when I open the report.

A problem occurred while MS Office Accessw was communicating the OLE server.

I can't seem to figure out how to fix this.

Any help would be appreciated.
