OLE Object 1

I am farley new to writing data bases, so be gentle. I know how to create the "OLE Object" in a table, but I want to create a button for my user to click on in the form (or query) to add the link to a picture from a file. And I want it to be a link as opposed to an embedded item.

then, instead of making the entry a ole object, just make it text format, and insert the path of the selected file...
