OLE Object: Grow/Shrink, Publishing to Word, Empty Space

Hi,
I have an OLE Object (which I use to store pictures) on a report and if the object is too big, it doesn't all show up. Is there any way to set it to grow or shirnk (like a memo field) based on what it contains?

Also, when I publish the report to Word, the graphic seems to disappear, how could I fix this?

Also (sorry for all these questions), my report contains the following: "Case Text, Item Text, and Graphic (OLE Object). Sometimes an item doesn't have a Case Text or a Graphic, but only has Item Text (it has to always have item text). When I preview the report that contains an item that doesn't have a Case Text, it still leaves room for it above the Item Text. How can this be fixed? (I tried Grow/Shrink, to no success)
