OLE Error in Access 2000

Im trying to use the Common Dialog Control in Access 2000, but when I create it on the form it gives me an error:

The OLE server isn't registered.
To register the server, reinstall it.

I have been at this one all day! I have references it in my vba toolbar but still no go. Is there away to fix my problem?
