ole error code 0x80080005: Server execution failed

I have tested a com object on the server and it works fine. When I try to run from client I get the error

ole error code 0x80080005: Server execution failed

I looked around and found Microsoft has known issue alert on this, installed service pack 4 on client, still get error.

Any ideas on what else this could be?

The more I learn the more I find I know nothing.
