I am trying to create column and row reports in MS Excel by calling data from the cube and populating the spreadsheet and I am looking for the best way to this (beyond brining a pivot table back from the cube). I want to create a custom function in Excel and then call the cube, but I do not have either an SQL or MDX skillset to put that piece behind the function.
