Please excuse me for asking a pretty simple and perhaps obviuos question.
I have made a pdf file using Acrobat Writer 5 to be included on a website. My client is not happy because most of their customers only have Acrobat Reader 3 on their computers, and she says that they are unable to view my PDF files I have created. Is this right? And if so, is there a way of creating a file that can be viewed by all versions of readers.
