If you have an IBM pc.
Older version of quicktime cannot be removed:
1. Go to:
2. download windows installer cleanup utility
3. remove all files containing the words: apple, bonjour, quicktime, safari, or anything else that you find related to apple.
4. log back onto apple and reinstall intunes, not the update but the itunes for 1st time users.
Everything should be back to the way it was before after this.
