Ok well i had a ton of scrap computers lying around, decided to do my buddy a favor and set him up a faster machine. Well i have put together a hella lot of leftover comps with no prob at all, but im getting Stressed with this one Packard bell. I need motherboard specs cause i had like 8 300-450mgz chips laying around and the original didnt go back in same with the hard drive.

HD is torn from a pent 100 its been formated and works fine in my machines. I stick it in the pb and i get a odd msg at startup sis vga something,,,,still boots i install windows no prob then on restart right befor the proof of purchase key entry comes up i get a error i cant read at all"its fast" and it shuts down ??"should i just take a hammer to it!" well
