Older ML system expansion - Can I fill slot 15-17?

This is how the systems looks now, can I add three 016 MLX cards to slot 15, 16, & 17? If not three any?

No, you already have 188 stations in your system (the Merlin Messaging counts as 12 stations)

The most you can add is an 8-port station card.
