old WebExcel 33600 modem

Good day to you guys !

I still use a very handy external modem. It is a WebExcel 33600 external modem with a Rockwell R6749 chip( I think ).

Can you help me locate a driver for Windows XP?

Does Windows XP have a compatible generic modem I can use?
