Old VPN connection still trying to connect

I have removed the all policies and tunnels associated with a certain device, saved to flash and rebooted. Whenever I type debug crypto isakmp I get a deluge of info about the device still trying to setup a tunnel to the IP address removed above even though nowhere in my config is it mentioned??????

Traffic is being initiated from the other end of the tunnel most likely.
