Helloooo,

Right, I have a vb project which I am keep making changes (updates) to. How do i succesfully keep a history of the old versions in SourceSafe? Should I check out the project, make changes to it then check it in? I also want to give a comment for each version about the changes.

Will by doing this give a version (comments) history, doesn't seem to.

Thanks for any info!

Hi, Mel.

You'll definitely want to do check-ins of your code into SourceSafe, and you will probably want to label the checked-in code (as well as any comments you want to add).

Web sites to look at are and
Unfortunately, seems to be unavailable.

Hope this has helped,
Steve
