Old version soft phone on Win7 XP mode

Did anyone try old version soft phone on Win7 XP mode?

We got NAT Error! ITG3053.
ITG3053
Internet telephone %s:%d TN %s behind symmetric NAT. Blocked from
registering to call server.

I am thinking that XP mode behind Win7 could be similar to NAT.

Any idea?

Our network guy changed the XP mode setup from NAT to NIC. It looks good now.
