I have a simple Org Chart, generated with 2003 Visio Pro SP3. When I open the chart & print it, the job titles (which have been updated & saved) WILL print. But my boss was none too happy with the Org Chart email attachment I sent him (an updated version) which would NOT print updated job titles. Any ideas why this happened?

Could this be a slow-posting internal server problem? The files are stored on a shared network drive.

When I tried to print the files myself, from the directory menu, I highlighted all, did a right click and selected Print, I had the same problem.

Also, is there ANY way to NOT have the Shapes menus open up when you open a Visio file? It just annoys the *&%# out of me, and takes up screen space. Any help is most sincerely and humbly welcome. thanks...

Click on View on the menu bar and then click on Shapes Window. That will toggle it off and on. Once you turn it off it stays off for all documents until you turn it back on.

Cheers.
