I need to change the IP address on a Bossanova e-twinax print server. Bossanova was no help unless you pay them for a support contract. You're supposed to be able to http into this, tried it with no response. Also tried hooking a com cable to the comport and a PC, says I'm connected but no response to keystrokes. This unit was working until we changes our network addressing. Any help or links are appreciated.

Bossanova is a framiliar name,, but I have not worked with any of their products. Hopefully you can find someone who has, or some help on the web..

Have you tried a Hyperterminal or Procimm Plus with the following settings?
Bits per sec : 9600
Data bits : 8
Parity : none
Stop bits : 1
Flow control : none

Thanks for your response. The problem was there is virtually no documentation on these units out on the web. It turns out we had to pay for a support call, and we had to send the unit back to be reset. Now you can http to the unit on port 8080.
