Old Stale user accounts

Hi all

Can any one tell me is there away to find old user accounts in the Address book ? ie User accounts who have not logged on for a period of time.
We have a number of Domino version upto and including v6.5 - any info would be greatly appreciated.

You could insert a bit of script in the Database QueryOpen event of the mail template. That code could write a document in a database with the name of the person opening the mail.

That way, after a period of a week or two, counting the people who are on holiday, you should have a pretty accurate list of people who are present.

With that, you can then compare to the list of People documents in the Name & Address book, and make a list of unused accounts.

Then you'll go over that list and check with everybody to see who should be removed.
