We've got a customer with a 824 and an old flash. I just got a call that when AA answers, and callers select # for the directory, the system is saying "the pound sign... that command is not recognized.", and going back to greeting 1. I did call in to test, and they're not out of their minds.

I didn't think you could disable the dir on the old startalks. I'm scheduled to go out there tomorrow afternoon.

Anyone have any ideas?

Yeah, that was it, curly. After I set it back, the receptionist admitted she'd gotten into f983 and was playing around.

System was a copper NAM.

Star again.
