Old settings after formatting SD Card

I was receiving license server error in IPO 500v2.
Factory reset but didn't solve the issue.
Since I received the SD card separately, decided to format and re-install.
Successfully did this but I can see the old settings even the IP address in the new installation.

It was the expansion server which is part of the solution, but deleted expansion system before performing above tasks.

Can someone help me please?
How can I completely reset?
Or are there any knows solution for the license server error?

if you want to reset the IP500V2 completely then you can do that with the reset button on the back of the unit press it between 10 and 30 seconds and it will erase the configuration.
If you want to even erase the firmware then press for 30-40 seconds.

Westi is correct. Once installed, the IP50 V2 has a fallback behaviour of using a copy of the last config it had internally if it can't find a valid config file on the SD card when starting up.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
