Just so I am up to speed on the speakerphone issue. Did not the BS-10 replace the older 8 button with a usable full duplex speakerphone?

I believe the older 8 buttons had a touch pad membrance and had to have an actual external speakerphone unit connected with a cable.

The BIS-10 is a true full duplex speakerphone. The HFAI-10 is not. The BIS-10 has real buttons - not the touch pad buttons. The BIS-10 has an "auxiliary" jack in addition to the "line" jack. The HFAI-10 does not.
