Old Samsung Prostar DCS or PCS? with Amand voice mail

Customer had alarm guy move their old Samsung DCS / PCS? from one floor to another, with Amanda voice mail.

Now phones do not ring, and Amanda Voice mail cannot be accessed.

Is this system same as old Macro-Tel? ( I have Macro-Tel Manual)
I think pw may be different?

What pair does AMANDA hook up to?
