I received a message today that our contact store drive is 99% full. This is odd because we purge every 6 months. When I ran a program called WinDirStat I noticed that under the Witness folder there was one folder

At one point we had it set to 12 months and I changed that. It seems the 000 are all old 2013 calls. But when the purge runs at 1am it doesn't purge that 000 folder. Can I manually delete it or am I going to break something? I tried playing the calls and it won't even tell me that it can't be played. I search in Contact store and I can't see those 2013 calls so I don't think contact store knows they are there. I'd like to know what caused them to stay too.
