Old Question- Filter Listbox based on Text Box on form

I am sure this question has been answered 1000's of times before...

I need to have the listbox show records based on the last name. As user begins to type in the Textbox I would like the List box to show records based on the charactors.
I assume this code would be in the afterupdate event.

Any help would be great.
