I have an old partner system with a rls 4.1 voicemail. I belive the partner processor is older than the VM.
The initial issue is that I would like a back door option in the auto attendent to transfer a call to my cell phone when selected. Is that possible ?
Next option.
When I try to select the outcalling prompt in the user administration of the mailbox it says the option is unavailable. All the rls 4 mail docs I have found say this is a valid option on the voicemail, but it does not work. any ideas ???
