old partner vm outcalling feature not working 2

I have an old partner system with a rls 4.1 voicemail. I belive the partner processor is older than the VM.

The initial issue is that I would like a back door option in the auto attendent to transfer a call to my cell phone when selected. Is that possible ?

Next option.
When I try to select the outcalling prompt in the user administration of the mailbox it says the option is unavailable. All the rls 4 mail docs I have found say this is a valid option on the voicemail, but it does not work. any ideas ???
 
If you have Centrex service on your lines, you could use a selector code in the Auto Attendant to transfer to your cell phone.

You must enable the outcalling feature on a per mailbox basis, log into the System Administrator's mailbox, select Mailboxs, then your specific mailbox, then one of the options will be to enable outcalling. Then you will have it as an option in your mailbox.
 
Tommy, I believe the centrex transfer feature did not arrive until PMVS R5. The other advice was right on. Allow it in mailbox properties. Then program it in the specific vm box.
