I am going to conduct a site survey next week at one of our offices that has had a Partner system installed since the mid '90s. They are still using MLS-12 and 34 phones. I believe they are using Partner Mail for voice mail, but I am not sure if it is utilizing a flash card, board or stand-alone configuration. Anyway, they are not currently utilizing an auto attendant with one main number (secretary answers), but they would like to be able to do so. How difficult will this be? I have never worked with one of these systems before. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
