The entire thing is going wacky, I am thinking some serious corruption. Is there any way I can do a database integrity check? Kind of like a scandisk for Windows operating systems?

Just hoping I dont have to re-load the database, I have the edd backups but I dont have the factory system software.

I would suspect a bad per sig card, but can you post what is coming from the TTY?

I'm not on site right now, someone else who isnt Nortel savy (well less savy then me and I'm not that great) is trying to do what he can to calm the customer down.

I'm going to the site @ 5:00 PM myself.

I was just trying to get an idea of what kind of tests I can run to kind of get an idea if the software is corrupt or something. I'm kind of being sent in blind and I'm not too pleased about it but I guess thats the nature of the beast.
