I moved this system in '91 and heard no more from the customer until this week!.
The ring back time (alarm after a call has been on hold for xx seconds) has reset itself. Can anyone remember how to reprogram this feature?
The customer remembers 'disposing of a crusty old yellow zip bag marked BT last year' and I no longer have manuals for the PBX or the TX25 handsets.
I realise the memory battery has probably died but would like to delay replacing for a few weeks.
