I have an auto attendant that breaks out through options to 6 different destinations which are 6 phones in the same room. If one person receives 2 call on their phone it is set to goto coverage. In that coverage a call group rings (Circular)a group containing all of these 6 phones.
So, you call into John and John has 2 calls currently you hunt to coverage and ring another phone in the room. Right?? Well, %95 of the time it works. Every now and then the caller will go ring in lala land (while hearing the coverage ringing tone) and nobody can retrieve them. LOST. A reboot fixes it everytime. There is no group ring either on my version.
