We recently reconfigured one of the servers and removed one of the drives. The example is before: C, D, and Z and now there is: C, D. The backup still shows the Z drive in the restore selections and as a result the job fails because it can't attach to the Z drive. I am wondering if this is because it is still in the catalogs and how can I get rid of it? Any suggestions?

Thanks for all the help in the past. I couldn't learn this much on my own..........

The Z: drive will show up in the RESTORE selections if there was a backup of it to restore from. Which would be expected since you did used to back up that drive. What you need to do is remove the Z: drive from the backup selections. Edit the job and navigate to edit the backup selections. You probably won't be able to deselect the Z: in the graphical view of the selections because it isn't there anymore. You need to switch to the text view, locate the Z: in question, and delete it from there.
