Not that familiar with Conversant but enough to be dangerous. Need some help finding out where it is programed to play a specific announcement. I typically look in the Transactions under the different languages and see "prompt & collect" or "Announcement". But I do not see any for this and I do get a recorded message that is in the speach database.
When I look at the Database Tables I find my vdn going in:
DNIS: 2568
Num_800: 888-555-1212
dealer: Client Company
Welcome_Ann: 1555
Language: 99
Prompting: -
Default Code: 7631
Looking at Language 99:
Language 99
External Actions: conv_data
cdr_access_code: 187
cdr_Data1: default_code
I do not see the announcement or prompt, but yet I call the number and hear the announcement I modified under Speach Administration. How is it directed to it?
All I want to do is add a "Press 9" to repeat this message to it.
Also - can anyone tell me what the Welcoms_Annc is? Where do I find that reference number (in this case 1555)?
