old appointments no longer shows up 1

We have a user whose previous calendar appointments no longer shows up in his BB 7290 device. The appointments shows up fine in Outlook 2003.
Another appointment was synched two days ago, and that one was also deleted from the BB device
BB is running Desktop Manager ver4.1

How do you get these appointments back in BB?

Are you using wired or wireless synch for the calendar? If wireless, switch it to wired from the desktop client, then go into the advanced options of the calendar synch and choose to import ALL appointments. Once that's done, you can switch back to wireless.

Hey Brontosauraus,

Your solution did the exact trick. He was able to get most of his old appointments back,although not all, but he was very satisfied.
I also made sure that I did a backup of his BB items before doing this.
BTW, he uses wire to sync the BB to the laptop.
