I have old emails in my mailbox from years 2000 - 2001. Also have a huge list of emails with attachments from specifically 18 Sept 2003 from one user that I would like to purge.

Sync'ing with a number of other users and the user with 18 Sept email blast in particular has really screwed things up.

How do I purge those from the dbf file without deleting other current emails noted in history from/to other users?

Thanks in advance for any ideas!

Excelerator from my web site can easily and simply remove the old emails

Link Magic, also from my web site, can reverse-verify email attachments against your GoldMine, so that you can remove the attachments when the emails are gone.

You can set Link Magic to inhibit sync or to make sync records, so that you can safely use it on a remote or the server.
