Old Aastra RFP32 DHCO problem

Hi, i have a client that i have setup a long time ago it got an Asterisk PXB with Aastra desk phone and a Aastra SIP-DECT system consisting of 2 RFP32 base station and 2 wireless phone. I don't know why but have been obligated to reset the router to factory default without access to a latest backup, now the RFP32 are not coming back online, i use pfSense as the router there, can someont help me set the good dhcp option to bring them back alive? I have tried with the OMM Tool, but the version that comes with the activation kit was pretty old. (1.1.3)

I am really in a hurry to bring it back online.

Any help would be gratly appreciated!
