We have a client we inherited 6 years ago. In the spring they had a strange issue were if you were on lines one and two and a third call came in or someone went on line 3 to call out all the calls would drop. It was not a Telco issue as we found out. We replaced the line card KP70D-6. This fixed the issue till today. They called in and same issue again happening. I feel that they must be getting some type of spike over the dialtone which is burning out the card? Is there any help on this. My plan is to replace the line card and install surge suppression on the 3 lines.
