I will need to go to a site tomorrow and see a new client that has a 1232 Panasonic. His door box is not working. Is there a special card to run door box or is it a module added on to the control unit. If the cable is good, what is best way to troubleshoot this issue ???

There is a specific module to run door phones - a very small board that mounts inside the cabinet if I remember correctly.
