OLAP Rolling 12 Month Average Calculated measure

I'm trying to use SQL Server's Calculated Member Builder to create a calculated measure to devise an average value for the twelve months prior to each value along the time dimension. My time dimension only has year and month levels. Does anyone have any examples of this?
