OL2K - Task Form Design Unable to Run Form

Hello All. I am new here and I have been customizing an Outlook 2000 Task Form and I have hit a snag. I hope you can help.

Symptoms: Create new control and add new field to control and when I run the form, I receive the following error message.

Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid.

I had a co worker test it on his PC and after repeating the steps, the form runs as expected.
