Using Windows 7, Outlook 2007/2010, Exchanger Server...
I know to drag & drop an email message onto the calendar icon in the Navigation Pane to insert the text of the entire message into a NEW APPT, but my boss wants to also drag & drop messages onto EXISTING APPTS.
Does anyone know a way to accomplish this WITHOUT USING Insert > Attach Item > [scroll through entire InBox to find item to be attached/inserted]?
The window is too small, slowing down finding the correct message and there is no search feature! Would be a great time-saver if the selected message in the Mail window would be the same as in the Attach Item, but it doesn't work that way.
TIA
